Further to its letter dated 12th August, 2026, wherein the company had submitted the Unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2026, The Indian Hume Pipe Company has informed that it enclosed a copy of the said results published in the newspapers, ‘Business Standard; (English) and ‘Sakai’ (Marathi) on 13th August, 2026.
