Dixon Technologies (India) is currently trading at Rs. 13959.95, up by 199.95 points or 1.45 % from its previous closing of Rs. 13760.00 on the BSE.

Dixon Technologies (India) is planning to incorporate subsidiary company with the name and style ‘Adivistar Electronics India’ (Proposed Company). Once incorporated, the company will be holding 51% equity shares in the Proposed Company. The Proposed Company will undertake the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) business of electronic devices, including smartphones.

Dixon Technologies (India) is fully integrated end-to-end product and solution suite to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) ranging from global sourcing, manufacturing, quality testing and packaging to logistics.
