Goa Carbon has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published today i.e. 13th August 2026, in the 'Financial Express' (English Edition) and 'Navprabha' (Marathi Edition), giving information pertaining to the 58th Annual General Meeting of Goa Carbon Limited ('the Company') to be held through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means on Wednesday, 9th September 2026 at 3:00 pm (IST) including information pertaining to e-voting, in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the Secretarial Standards on General Meetings issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
