ACE Software Exports has informed that it enclosed Statement of deviation(s)/ variation(s), for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as reviewed and approved by the Audit Committee of the Company. They confirmed that there has been no deviation or variation for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 in the utilization of proceeds raised through the Rights Issue from the objects stated in the Letter of Offer dated November 14, 2025.
