Classic Electricals informs about financial results

Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Classic Electricals has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on 13th August, 2026 have considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 along with Limited Review Report on the said results issued by ADV & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:30 am. They are arranging to publish the results in newspapers in accordance with Regulation 47 of SEBI LODR.
