Amagi Media Labs has informed that Board of Directors at their Meeting held on August 13, 2026 approved and recommended the re-appointment of Baskar Subramanian (DIN:02014529) as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the terms of the remuneration payable to him, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
