Lancor Holdings signs JDA to construct 20 residential apartments in Chennai

Lancor Holdings has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for construction of 20 luxurious residential apartments on 1st Seaward Road, Valmiki Nagar, Chennai, of which company’s share will be 10 apartments. The process for approvals and construction will start very soon. The project has been named as ‘Lancor Kamalam’.

Lancor Holdings is engaged in the construction and sale of residential properties, construction and leasing of commercial properties.
