Quadrant Future Tek informs about revised outcome of board meeting

In continuation of submission dated 11th August, 2026 regarding the Outcome of the Board Meeting and filing of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026, along with the Limited Review Report, Quadrant Future Tek has informed that there has been an inadvertent typographical error in the figures relating to Segment Assets and Segment Liabilities in the Segment Reporting section. Accordingly, they are submitting the Revised Segment Reporting Section of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2026. The Company hereby confirmed that the aforesaid revisions are limited to clerical/formatting corrections only and do not have any material impact on the previously disclosed financial figures, including revenue from operations, profit/loss, earnings per share (EPS), or any other key financial parameters, except to the extent specifically reflected in the revised Segment Reporting Section. All other information disclosed in our previous submission remains unchanged.
