Lincoln Pharmaceuticals informs about un-audited financial results

Further to intimation dated August 06, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday, August 13, 2026, have considered/ approved/ recommended the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026 along with the limited review report from auditors thereon. In terms of Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, the Company will publish an extract of un-audited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. The un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) will be available at Company's website at www.lincolnpharma.com. Further, they enclosed financial highlights for the aforesaid quarter.
