Date: 13-08-2026Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulation), Sharika Enterprises has informed that the Company has received a work order from Punjab Energy Development Agency (a Punjab Government Undertaking) for design, supply, installation and commissioning of 12watt LED based SPV Street Lighting Systems in the State of Punjab for a consideration of Rs 10,42,38,292. The disclosure as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 is attached and marked as Annexure I to this letter.
