Pursuant to Regulation Regulations, 30 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure clippings of newspaper 2015 and read with other related provisions, Neil Industries has attached the Sukhabar (Bengali edition) advertisement published in Financial Express (English edition) and both dated August 13, 2026. In compliance of the Company with the relevant circulars and applicable law, the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company will be sent in due course to the Members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants. The said newspaper advertisements have also been uploaded on the website of the Company at www.neil.co.in
