Pursuant to regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hind Aluminium Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, i.e. on Thursday, 13th August, 2026, considered and approved the following: 1. The Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. 2. Limited Review Report for the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2026. A copy of the said results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors is attached for reference and record. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:45 AM.
