Shree Rama Newsprint has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on today has approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. The Meeting was commenced at 10:30 AM & concluded at 11.45 AM. In this regard, they enclosed the following: a. Statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026. b. Limited Review Report issued by Batliboi & Purohit, Chartered Accountants, (FRN: 101048W) Statutory Auditors of the Company for the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results. The Board has approved the Director’s Report along with all the annexures thereon for the Financial Year 2025-2026.
