Indian Bank informs about change in directorate

In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Indian Bank has informed that in exercise of powers conferred by clause (h) of sub section (3) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, the Central Government vide Notification No. eF. No. 6/2(iii)/2026-BO-I dated 12.08.2026 has nominated / appointed Somesh Biswas as Part-time Non-Official Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank, for a period of three years from the date of notification, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The details pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/P0D2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is attached as Annexure.
