Rudra Ecovation informs about re-constitution of committee

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with the respective schedules, if applicable, Rudra Ecovation has informed that the Board has approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee of the Company with effect from August 13, 2026. The revised composition of the Audit Committee is enclosed as Annexure-A.
