Pursuant to Regulation 32(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Valplast Technologies has enclosed the Monitoring Agency Report dated August 14, 2026, issued by CARE Ratings, the Monitoring Agency, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in respect of the utilization of proceeds raised through the Initial Public Offering of the Company. The aforesaid Monitoring Agency Report was placed before and considered by the Audit Committee of the Company at its meeting held on 14.08.2026 and was thereafter taken on record for submission to the Stock Exchange.
