Tasty Bite Eatables informs about amendment to AOA

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Tasty Bite Eatables has informed that the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on August 13, 2026, have approved the amendment of Article No. 121 of the Articles of Association (‘AOA’) of the Company. The brief details of the aforesaid amendment, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (as amended from time to time), are enclosed as Annexure A.
