Adani Enterprises’ joint venture (JV) -- AdaniConneX (ACX) has acquired 100% equity stake of Chandenvalle Infra Park (CIPL) from Adani Power. The object of acquisition is to set up data center infrastructure facilities by ACX. The acquisition has been done at a purchase consideration of Rs 535.69 crore.

The company operates as an incubator, establishing new businesses in various areas like new energy ecosystem, data center, airports, roads, copper, digital space and others.
