63 moons technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary (WOS)-- Financial Technologies Singapore (FTSPL) has acquired 31,50,000 equity shares through secondary market for a total consideration of about Rs 8.50 crore in its Indian unlisted subsidiary Ticker on September 25, 2026. The acquisition is undertaken by the WOS as a part of its investment.  

The cost of acquisition is Rs 8.50 crore paid through cash consideration. FTSPL holds 1.88% shareholding of Ticker and post-acquisition of 31,50,000 equity shares has acquired an additional shareholding of 0.18%. There is no change in control through this transaction.
