KSR Footwear informs about credit rating

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, KSR Footwear has informed that India Ratings & Research, vide its letter dated October 12, 2026, has communicated its ratings with respect to Bank Loan Facilities of the Company for an aggregate amount of Rs 360 million. A copy of the said Letter, as received from India Ratings & Research in this regard, is enclosed.
