UltraTech Cement has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, 19th October, 2026 approved issuance of Corporate Guarantee up to an amount of USD 55 mn in connection with the loan to be obtained by UHG Holdings IFSC, an associate company. The details as required are provided in Annexure A. The meeting commenced at 12 noon and concluded at 1:40 pm.
