Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bajaj Finance has informed that the Debenture Allotment Committee of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e., 21 October 2026, allotted 2,12,000 NCDs, at face value of Rs 1 Lakh per NCD aggregating to Rs 2,120 crore on private placement basis. The details of the said allotment are enclosed.
