3i Infotech has informed that 3i Infotech Software Solutions L.L.C., a wholly owned subsidiary of the company has received Purchase Order on October 21, 2026, from a leading automotive company in the United Arab Emirates. The nature of contract covers the deployment of SAP migration and QA/UAT resources. The engagement is international in nature and represents an initial engagement with a new customer account. The committed value of purchase order is USD 1,32,000 approximately Rs. 1.25 crores exclusive of applicable taxes. The requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A. The Company is making this disclosure on a voluntary basis as the amount involved is below the materiality threshold limits as per the aforesaid Regulation.
