Hester Biosciences informs about completion of tenure of independent director

Pursuant to provisions of Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Hester Biosciences has informed that, Ameetkumar Desai (DIN: 00007116) has informed the Company of his decision not to seek re-appointment for a second consecutive term as an Independent Director upon completion of his current first tenure on 27 October 2026. Consequently, effective closure of business hours on 27 October 2026, Ameetkumar Desai ceases to be an Independent Director of the Company. The Company placed on record its appreciation for the valuable contribution and support provided him during his association with the Company. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulation read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026, are enclosed.
