Bharat Forge submits board meeting intimation

Bharat Forge has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50(1) of the Listing Regulations, the meeting of the Board of Directors of Bharat Forge is scheduled to be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Further, referring to our communication dated September 28, 2026, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and specified Connected Persons has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company with effect from October 01, 2026. This is to further inform that the trading window shall be re-opened for the aforesaid persons from Monday, November 9, 2026, to deal in the securities of the Company.
