Jyoti informs about board meeting

In Compliance with the Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jyoti has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 4th November, 2026, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half-Year ended on 30th September, 2026. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares from 1st October, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
