Sai Industries informs about trading window closure

Sai Industries has informed that the compliance of intimation of closure of trading window were submitted to BSE via mail on 28th April,2026. The delay in uploading the said compliance was due to inability to access the listing centre portal. The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will remain closed for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ending March 31st, 2026. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of the financial results will be intimated in due course.
