Om Power Transmission has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 31, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026. Further, in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company was closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026 and will remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026.
