Arvind has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. October 28, 2026, has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review reports of Auditors thereon pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations). Copy of the said Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review reports of Auditors thereon are enclosed. Press Release and Presentation in respect of the said financial results are also enclosed. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 AM and concluded at 12:15 PM.
