Signpost India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 02, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Signpost India, the Trading Window has been closed from October 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
