Bagmane Prime Office REIT has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Bagmane Realty Investment Manager, Manager to Bagmane Prime Office REIT (Bagmane REIT), shall be held on Monday, November 02, 2026, to consider, and if deemed appropriate, approve the following: 1. Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Bagmane REIT for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Review Reports thereon; 2. Unaudited Condensed Standalone and Consolidated Interim Financial Statements of Bagmane REIT for the half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Review Reports thereon; and 3. Declaration of distributions to the Unitholders of Bagmane REIT for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 (Distributions). As per Regulation 18(16) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts), 2014, the record date for the proposed Distributions to Unitholders of Bagmane REIT for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, will be Thursday, November 05, 2026 and the payment of Distributions is proposed to be made on or before Friday, November 13, 2026.
