Date: 28-10-2026Remi Edelstahl Tubulars has informed that the Company has received orders for Stainless Steel welded and Seamless tubes worth Rs.60.25 Crores (Rupees Sixty Crores and TwentyFive Lakhs Only), net of GST, from leading private Heat exchanger manufacturers of thermal power generating equipments. The Company has received the said orders in normal course of business. The said transactions are not falling under related party transactions and are done at arm's length basis.
