India Cements informs about notice of postal ballot

India Cements has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published in an English daily Business Standard and a Tamil daily viz. Hindu Tamil Thisai on 28.10.2026, intimating the shareholders that the Postal Ballot Notice dated 17.10.2026, seeking their approval, for shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Tamil Nadu to the State of Maharashtra, has been sent by email along with the requisite information pertaining to remote e-voting.
