Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Retina Paints has informed that Madhu Solanki, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide her letter dated 19 October, 2026 and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 28th October, 2026. The required details pursuant to the SEBI Listing Regulations are annexed as Annexure-l.
