Dodla Dairy gets nod to establish JV company in collaboration with Meadow India Holdings

Dodla Dairy has received approval for the proposal to establish a Joint Venture (JV) company in India in collaboration with Meadow India Holdings (MIHL), with a proposed equity participation of 40% by the company and 60% by Meadow India Holdings (MIHL), respectively, for undertaking the business of marketing and selling high quality dairy ingredients to the business-to-business (B2B) market in India, subject to the execution of the Joint Venture Agreement, completion of necessary formalities and receipt of applicable regulatory and statutory approvals, if any.  The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2026, inter-alia, considered and approved the same. 

Dodla Dairy is engaged in sale of milk and milk products. It processes and sells milk including standardized, toned, and double toned milk, and produces dairy products like curd, butter, ghee, ice cream, flavoured milk, etc.
