Hero MotoCorp gets nod to invest up to Rs 300 crore in HMCL Netherlands B.V

Hero MotoCorp has secured approval to make an additional investment of up to Rs 300 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary -- HMCL Netherlands B.V (HNBV). The proposed additional investment is for the subsidiary companies of HNBV -- HMCL Colombia S.A.S. and Hero MotoCorp Do Brasil. The investment to be made over coming 2 years in one or more tranches. The board of directors of the company, at its meeting held on October 28, 2026, has approved the same.

Hero MotoCorp is the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters.
