Titan Industries is planning to foray into organised helmet market with launch of its Fastrack brand helmet, priced between Rs 1,495 and Rs 3,495. The organised helmet market is estimated at approximately Rs 400 crore, accounting for 45% of the retail market. The collection was revealed during a fashion show by designer Prasad Bidapa. The helmets are ISI approved and have been designed keeping in mind the Indian youth. Moreover, the range of helmets will be in 24 different variants for guys and girls in a plethora of colours and vibrant graphics making them a style-essential.

Titan is India’s largest manufacturer of quartz watches and has a 60% market share in the Indian market. It is world’s sixth largest manufacturer of branded watches. It has a manufacturing and assembly unit at Hosur in Tamil Nadu.
