Wipro has won the ‘Women Helping Women’ award at the 8th Annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business on November 11 at a gala ceremony in New York City. 

The Stevie Awards for Women in Business is an international competition produced by the creators of the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards. The Stevie is widely considered to be the world’s premier business award.  With more than 300 businesswomen and their guests in attendance, the awards were announced at a gala dinner at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. 

More than 1,300 nominations - a record for the competition - were submitted this year for consideration in 78 categories, including Best Entrepreneur, Best Executive, Most Innovative Company, and Best New Company of the year.
