AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 4,444 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on December 06, 2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,28,134 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 46,92,32,578 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
