AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 3,491 equity shares of Rs 10 each on December 16, 2013 under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,32,578 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 46,92,36,069 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
