Grasim Industries has informed that the shareholders' grievance / allotment & transfer committee of the board of directors of the company has allotted 440 equity shares on November 30, 2011 under the company's employee stock option scheme, 2006. The said 440 shares shall rank with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.

On allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 9,17,07,332 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 91,70,73,320.
