NIIT Technologies has informed that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Company has allotted 71,880 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each in accordance with the terms of ESOP 2005, on December 20, 2013. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up to 60,635,718 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 606,357,180/-.
