Larsen & Toubro has completed sale of 1,71,75,979 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to 1% of total equity shares of L&T Finance Holdings on December 23, 2013, pursuant to approval of Securities and Exchange Board of India to comply with the Minimum Public Shareholding requirement in terms of Rule 19A of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957. The Company’s total shareholding in L&T Finance Holdings stands at 81.50%.
