AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 10,235 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on December 26, 2013, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,36,069 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 46,92,46,304 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
