HOV Services’ arm appoints Morgan Stanley & Co to explore various strategic options

HOV Services’ US based WOS - SourceHOV LLC has made an appointment of Morgan Stanley & Company to explore various strategic options. The company through its US based wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) owns stake in SourceHOV LLC. Such appointment of Morgan Stanley & Company LLC has been approved by SourceHOV on December 29, 2013.

HOV Services commenced its operations as a software services company on January 10, 1989. The company’s BPO service includes Transaction Management, Risk Management, Content Management and Construction Services.
