Mastek has informed that a Meeting of the Share Transfer, investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee on December 31, 2013, 6,500 equity shares of Rs. 5. each (face value) have been allotted on exercise of 6,500 stock options at a price of Rs. 92 per share, being the price of grant. Resultantly the Paid up Share Capital of the company stands increased to 2,46,44,687 equity shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 12,32,23,435.
