AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 9,436 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on January 06, 2014, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,46,304 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 46,92,55,740 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
