AXIS Bank has informed that the Committee of Whole-time Directors of the Bank has allotted 27,842 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on January 15, 2014, under the ESOP Scheme of the Bank. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 46,92,55,740 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 46,92,83,582 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
