State-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has bagged the ‘Best Employer’ award and ‘Voice of Employee’ award at the Aon Hewitt Best Employers - India 2013 award function held at New Delhi on January 15, 2014.

Aon Hewitt Best Employer 2.0 India study was conducted across several organizations to benchmark against the best employers across the country, region and globe.

ONGC has consistently ranked amongst the best employers in the country. Earlier this year, ONGC had also bagged the Randstad award for the most attractive employer in the energy sector in India highlighting the Maharatna’s excellent HR practices.
