Vakrangee has received 40.56% of the total receivable, aggregating to Rs 101.40 crore from Vakrangee Capital (the allottee), on application before allotment of warrants and the balance consideration shall be paid by the allottee before the allotment of equity shares pursuant to conversion of convertible warrants. The board of directors at its meeting held on January 20, 2014 has taken the note of it.
